Interim management services are provided under a separate written engagement letter which sets out scope, duration, fees, notice periods and responsibilities. In the event of conflict, the engagement letter takes precedence over these terms.

Fees are agreed in advance on a day rate or fixed monthly basis and are invoiced as set out in the engagement letter. Expenses are charged at cost where agreed.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will enter into a non-disclosure agreement on request. Case studies published on this site are anonymised and indicative.

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with website content is excluded to the fullest extent permitted, and liability arising from services is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
